When you'll hear back

We're a small team and we answer emails ourselves, in the order they arrive. If your message is urgent, say so in the subject line and we'll move it up.

Privacy and your data

To see what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] and tell us what you'd like. Our Privacy Policy lists your rights in full and how we handle the request.

Deleting your account is a request you can make the same way, in the same email.

What Healura is

Healura is a support tool for parents and caregivers. It is not a medical device and it is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or your care team first - then write to us when things are calmer.
